Langley, BC, Canada:  The Company announces it has applied to extend the terms of the private placement announced November 23, 2006. Under this application the Company has requested a one year extension along with an exercise price reduction to $0.16 for warrants attached to the above mentioned private placement subject to regulatory restrictions.

The warrant extension and price change is subject to regulatory approval.
