Curlew Lake Resources Inc. (CWQ-TSX-V)(CWLXF.PK-Pink Sheets) is pleased to announce that drilling has started on the second well (location 14-30-16-17-W3) on the Fosterton project in Saskatchewan. The Company has a 15% interest in the well.

The primary target of the well is the Rosary sand, which is located at a depth of approximately 1,000 metres and is a well-developed porous and permeable sand. The 14-30 location is an offset to the current producing well located at 13-30-16-17-W3.

The Company will announce additional information after drilling and testing has been completed.
